CGC Releases Four New Marvel® Labels

Posted on 01/07/2019

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) released four new Marvel certification labels. This marks the third release in a series of Marvel labels scheduled throughout the year. The new labels showcase Daredevil, The Hulk, Thor, and Venom – featured separately on their own labels.

These new labels are an exciting way for collectors to highlight the significance of their Marvel books. They are currently available through the CGC online submission form, and first available for show submissions at San Diego Comic Con on July 17th.

The first series of Marvel labels was released earlier this year at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) and featured Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain Marvel and Captain America. An Avengers label was also added. All Marvel labels released in 2019 will remain available until the end of the year through CGC’s submission process.

Each Marvel label will be offered in CGC’s Universal (blue) and Signature Series (yellow) label formats for an additional $5 fee. The labels can be selected for any Marvel book that is submitted for CGC’s grading or re-holder services through the online submission form.
