Creator origins: Inkpot Award-winning comic book artist Charlie Adlard is a British illustrator celebrated for his dynamic storytelling and captivating artwork. Best known for his iconic work on The Walking Dead for Image Comics, Adlard brought the post-apocalyptic series to life with his striking interiors and memorable cover art. His impressive portfolio also includes “The Hellfire Club” and “Warlock” for Marvel, as well as “Batman: Gotham Knights” and “Green Lantern/Green Arrow” for DC Comics.
